During the 60-minute initial virtual meeting, we will work to create goals to meet your nutritional needs at this time in your life.
Includes three 30-minute virtual follow-up appointments, one per week. The follow up appointments are crucial to keep you on track, and serve to educate, answer, and address any nutritional concerns or symptoms that may arise.
Also included, will be an app, that is free for you to use, so that we can be in touch in between appointments. Reach out with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your journey. I’m with you all the way.
