Let’s get you started with a plan that is custom-made just for you, so that you can reach your health goals.
I have helped hundreds of clients reach their goals, including celebrities, athletes, and CEOs. I have also helped a countless number of pre-teens, teens, and college-age clients get the results they wanted. No matter your background, or your age, every client of mine gets the same personalized treatment. During your initial appointment, I will assess your nutritional needs, your health history, and find out your personal goals. I will then create a plan that is tailored to fit your schedule, body type, and health goals. The follow-up appointments are so crucial for both you and me. I want to know how you are doing. If there is anything you are struggling with, we will work together so you will overcome any obstacles. We will keep you on track to stay motivated throughout this nutrition journey. Keep in mind, it takes a minimum of 21 days to change a habit, and more time after that to make it permanent. This is why the “You Got It” package is over a span of 4 weeks.

We’ll start with a 60-minute initial virtual meeting, during which we will discuss your individualized goals.
Next, I will create a custom-made nutrition plan just for you, to set you up for success while also making sure that you get the necessary vitamins and minerals for continual health.
Included are three 30-minute virtual follow-up appointments, with one per week over the span of four weeks. These appointments are designed to address any concerns that may arise, and to motivate you to maintain your weight management goals.
Also included are eight digital check-in, 2 check-ins per week. You may contact me by phone, text or email regarding any questions or concerns you may have regarding your weight management journey. This could be anything, from inquiring about the healthiest option at a restaurant to the amount of water one should drink in a day. I care about you and want to help you on your way to success.
A program designed to follow the ‘You Got It’ Weight Management Package
This program includes three 30-minute virtual appointments, one per week spread out over the course of three weeks. These will serve to answer any questions you may have, keep you on task, and to further motivate you to maintain your weight management progress.
Also included is one check-in per week. You may contact me by phone, text or email regarding any questions or concerns you may have regarding your weight management journey. I’m not going to let you slip!

This package Includes twenty-one, 30-minute virtual follow-up appointments, with one per week over the span of 6 months. These appointments are designed to address any concerns that may arise, and to motivate you to maintain your weight management goals.
Also included are daily check-ins for the first 4 weeks, 4 check-ins per week for the following 8 weeks, and 2 check-ins per week for the remaining 12 weeks.
