If you have a medical nutrition concern, I can help.
I have helped many clients feel better as it relates to their nutrition issues. I do want you to feel better, improve your health and guide you in managing your nutrition concerns. I can help improve your nutrition as it relates to many medical conditions including the following: high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, stomach issues, bariatric surgery, vegan diet, gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance. I also have extensive experience counseling patients with eating disorders, guiding them towards a more comfortable relationship with food.
I also counsel the nutritional concerns mentioned above for pediatric age groups. Depending on the age of your child, I might be working directly with you as the parent, with a parent and child, or just with your child. I want you to know that my family has had to follow a gluten-free, lactose-free diet since my children were born. This has helped me to better understand the frustration that you as a parent, may feel as you, too, might have to modify your child’s food choices to better aid in their health.

We’ll start with a 60-minute Initial virtual appointment to assess your specific nutrition concerns. I will then create a custom-made nutrition plan to accommodate for your specific needs, body type and daily schedule.
This package includes a 30-minute virtual follow up appointment that is designed to educate, answer and address any nutritional concerns that may arise. We’ll keep you on track so you can accomplish your goals!
