Are you planning on getting pregnant? Are you already pregnant? Congratulations, you came to the right place.
It’s about more than just popping a pregnancy vitamin. Foods have so many other benefits beyond just their inherent vitamins and minerals. In order to make sure you and your baby will be the healthiest you can be, I can customize a nutrition plan just for you. A plan that will be sure to provide the right amount of nutrients, minerals (iron, calcium….), and vitamins for both you and your baby. I can make sure you are not eating too much, or too little. I can also have suggestions for heartburn or any pesky symptoms that might pop as the weeks go on. I really want what’s best for you and your baby.
During the 60-minute initial virtual meeting, I will create a customized plan for you to follow so you can meet your nutritional needs at this time in your life.
Includes two 30-minute virtual follow-up appointments, one per week. The follow up appointments are crucial to keep you on track, and serve to educate, answer, and address any nutritional concerns that may arise.
